Biogon NC 40
Biogon NC 40 is a food-grade nitrogen–carbon dioxide mixture. Nitrogen displaces the oxygen inside the pack and slows oxidation, while carbon dioxide suppresses microbial growth. It is used in modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) to extend shelf life.
